Vantage is the lead investor and developer of the $4.2 billion redevelopment of a new 10-gate international Terminal 6 at JFK Airport. The new Terminal 6 will anchor the north side of JFK and help transform the airport into a world-class global gateway with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Delivered in two phases, the first gates will open in 2026 with project completion in 2028. Vantage-led comsortium JFK Millennium Partners will manage all terminal operations at the existing Terminal 7 and the new T6 through a management services agreement through 2060.
