Vantage is partnering with Plenary Infrastructure Partners to develop and manage the concessions program at Amtrak’s historic William H. Gray III 30th Street Station, currently undergoing a significant revitalization, expected to open in 2025.

Vantage will create and deliver an expanded and modernized concessions experience with high quality retail and food & beverage offerings at Amtrak’s third busiest station in the U.S. When complete, 30th Street Station will feature more than 45,000 square feet of commercial space offering some 20 new food, beverage and retail amenities. Commercial construction begins in 2024 with completion in late 2025.
This project marks Vantage’s first foray into rail concession operations, leveraging nearly 30 years of experience delivering exceptional airport concessions programs globally.
